I don't know if you are aware of this or not, but I am completely in love with the English culture. When I mean everything, it means, I'm in love with the culture, the person living there, the food, the style, the fact that English people are open-minded.
So when I went to London, I brought some food because FOOD IS LIFE, right?! Also, some stuff at Primark because what is England without Primark. Anyway, there are a few shot !

Raspberry Cake
Hey guys, I just wanted to do a bit of cooking. It is a very easy neutral cake with bits of raspberry. Here's the recipe. I actually really liked this cake. I thought it was very easy to do it and also very quick.
160g of flour
125g of sugar
100g of raspberry (or more)
6 tablespoons of oil
3 eggs
1/2 of a baking powder bag
a bag of vanilla sugar
- First you need to preheat your oven at 210 C°
- In a bowl, put the sugar and the oil. Mix them together until there is froth.
- Add three whol eggs one by one. Add some salt, flour, a bag of vanilla sugar and some baking powder.
- Keep mixing the whole.
- When you're done mixing, you can add some rapsberry (or the whole) then mix them together, but not for too long though.
- To be honest, I prefer to put only a bits in it for now.
- Take a cake pan, add some fat so the cake doesn't stick to the pan.
- Then when I start putting the dough in the pan, I had some other raspberry in it. Then add a second layer of the dough and it's all good.
- Put the cake in the oven.
- Turn the oven at 180 C° for approximately 40 mins !
