London Calling

Here are some photographs I took while I was on holidays in London.
I'm so excitedddddddd, don't even know why.
So I went there for three days and stayed in a hostel with my friend. It was near Picadilly so it was close to pretty much everything.
We first went to see Notting Hill. However, we completely forgot that it was the " Notting Hill Carnival " so basically, there were a bunch of people. The weather was crappy. It didn't stop raining. We were stuck under our umbrellas singing " Umbrella by Rihanna ".

Then, a bit later that day, we got to see that old Big Ben by night. - You were beautiful as usual -.
London by night is so nice, calm and relaxing. You feel safe and that feel SO good.

The next morning we went to eat in a sweet little bakery?? ahah sorry don't really what it's called, but it was hella delicious. Basically we took some tea, scones, coffee and cakes.

For lunch, we went to Covent Garden and ate some really healthy snacks (joking as you can see by the fries over there). Next to that, I took Picadilly Circus in photograph, I mean... Why not right?!

while my friends were doing something else, I got the chance to see the Thames by night, and London Eye. It's worth it. The lights are beautiful.

The next day, as we were so close, we went - once again - to Leicester Square. We then went to Chinatown as it is right next to LS. It's definetely colourful.
Annnnd we all know that in this main street, there are a lot of Musical Shows such as Thriller or Les Mis'.

Finally, because I felt like it, I took a walk across Hyde Park, and just thought yeah why not go seeing The Royal Albert Hall. I can tell you the architecture is stunning !
As Harrod's was pretty close to where I was, I decided to go there. To be honest, I've never been there before and I was excited to see what it looked like in real life.

For the end, Regend Street ! Nothing much to say about this street. One of the most visited streets probably!

and lots and lots and lots of taxis ans buses (sure).

Hope you enjoy this. x

Back from holidays

Hi guys, I'm finally back from my holidays. It was super nice. Summer's almost over, even though where I live it's been over for quite a while - ahhah -. I just thought that it would be nice to show you some of the photographs I took while I was on holidays ?! It's pretty much sea, sea and sea ahah sorry about that. I just find it so beautiful.
So I went to the south of France and to London. London was so nice. It's been two years since last time I went there, and to be honest I was so freaking excited to go baaaaack. London's to me a city of freedom (or whatever) like you can just be yourself and it's fine.
Anyway, here's a few snaps ! :)

I'm so sorry about that selfie ahahahha oops.
I'm gonna post my UK photographs a bit later this week. Thank you for paying attention. Be well.

Raspberry Cake

Hey guys, I just wanted to do a bit of cooking. It is a very easy neutral cake with bits of raspberry. Here's the recipe. I actually really liked this cake. I thought it was very easy to do it and also very quick.

Ingredients:
160g of flour
125g of sugar
100g of raspberry (or more)
6 tablespoons of oil
3 eggs
1/2 of a baking powder bag
a bag of vanilla sugar

  • First you need to preheat your oven at 210 C°
  • In a bowl, put the sugar and the oil. Mix them together until there is froth.
  • Add three whol eggs one by one. Add some salt, flour, a bag of vanilla sugar and some baking powder.
  • Keep mixing the whole.
  • When you're done mixing, you can add some rapsberry (or the whole) then mix them together, but not for too long though.
  • To be honest, I prefer to put only a bits in it for now.
  • Take a cake pan, add some fat so the cake doesn't stick to the pan.
  • Then when I start putting the dough in the pan, I had some other raspberry in it. Then add a second layer of the dough and it's all good.
  • Put the cake in the oven.
  • Turn the oven at 180 C° for approximately 40 mins !

Eyeliner Trick

I am going to show you a little eyeliner trick for those of you who are not really good at applying it. Before using the real liquid eyeliner, I start by drawing the line I want to create with a black pencil. It is so much easier to erase it when you did wrong. Then when I'm done, I fill in the blanks with my real eyeliner and I am all done.
I know some people use some scotch tape but I don't. After all it's up to you and what you prefer. Some people prefer liquid eyeliner, some prefer pen eyeliner. Just choose the one you're the most comfortable with and the one that gives you the best effect.
I showed you this look, but it's not the one I'm used to. I'd rather prefer a more subtle look. The flick over here is a bit too dramatic for a day look, it's better for night time.
You are free to choose the one you prefer. To be honest, I am not a huge fan of makeup. What I mean is that I love makeup all the products, but I am not going to be able to wear tons on my face. I am more for a natural look especially during Summer time. When the freckles are out and your cheeks are red.
Anyway, once one of my friend told me it was ALL about the flick. From now on I believe her.

Hair Jewellery

Sometimes you don't feel like doing anything to your hair. You are just so bored that you don't even want to touch it. I have those days too. Sometimes I'm even wondering why I have got long hair. It takes you so long to wash it, brush it, taking care of it + the hairdresser and so on. It would be so much easier with short hair. I admit I love my hair though. I am a girl after all, and it feels good to have nice fresh smelly hair. The nice point about having long hair is that you can change a whole outfit by changing something to your hair. You can tie it whether into a sweet bun or a lovely braid + adding some head jellewery OR you can let your hair naturally and add a jewel. It is up to you.

These are some that I have. I admit that I love wearing them when I don't feel like going into any specific haircut.
  • I have two cute little bow tie. I think they are lovely. The fake leather one is perfect for a "rock" look and the pinkish one for a more summery/ sweet lady look. I usually wear it when I take two pieces of hair from the side and attached them at the back of my head.
  • After, there's the flower headband. It's super nice when you don't feel like letting you hair go down. When your hair is into a ponytail or a braid, add it and it will give a more finished look.
  • And the metal headband fits every haircut. When your hair is down or up. I think this one is perfect with a bit of red lipstick. It gives you a very nice look.
Tell me what you think ...!
